Jen is responsible for ongoing coordination and communication with operating partners regarding investment status across all Chestnut funds and monitoring assets’ monthly financial performance.  In addition, she provides feedback during the investment analysis process regarding a prospective investments’ fit in the existing portfolio.

Jen’s background includes significant experience managing development projects at Hutton, a fully integrated commercial real estate firm.

Jen received a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Covenant College and received a Masters in Public Administration, Government, and Nonprofit Management from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
