We specialize in the direct acquisition and development of Medical Outpatient Buildings (MOBs) through key partnerships with experienced operators.
By focusing on middle market properties, defined as those with an acquisition price between $5M and $20M, we address a segment often overlooked by institutional investors.

About the Fund
Risk Profile
We seek investments across three profiles, Value-Add, Opportunistic/ Development, and Core-Plus, with an objective to develop a diversified portfolio of assets that generates a Value-Add return stream to investors.
Investment Structure
In addition to acquiring some Core-Plus properties directly through the fund, we execute joint ventures with our strategic operating partners to leverage their market and sector expertise.
Target Markets
We target larger MSAs with strong economic and healthcare real estate fundamentals. Cities include Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Dallas, DC, Denver, Nashville, Seattle, and others.
